Hi there! My name is Sam. I love to help folks find their way in the world, cope with life changes, and connect with their own wisdom.
I believe that real healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self. As someone with ADHD, I understand the challenges and strengths that can come with a neurodivergent brain and love creating space for folks to feel seen and heard.
I am committed to practicing with cultural humility, continually reflecting on my own biases and remaining respectful and curious about others. I also align with Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, supporting body respect and self-compassion rather than focusing on weight or appearance.
I believe that we are all meant for connection and yet often we have experiences that rewire us for protection. I hope to provide space for folks to build trust again, both with others and themselves while reconnecting with their own inner "magic".
I especially enjoy working with other folks in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as anyone that would like help coping with anxiety, trauma, and/or grief. I have worked with folks across the lifespan, however currently only work with adults.
I believe everyone deserves support through this thing called life.
