Psychotherapy Services
Individual Therapy
One on one mental health treatment to address your unique needs.
Relational Therapy
Therapy with a loved one(s) such as a partner(s) or a friend.
What to Expect
Step 1: Initial consultation (free)
Time: 15 minutes
Cost: Free
Location: Virtual only
The initial consult allows us to get to know each other & discuss your hopes for services. This is semi-structured & we also welcome whatever questions you might have! During this time we also discuss the fee options available.
This is also a time of starting to establish rapport between you and your provider & assessing "fit" of the relationship. The therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy.
Step 2: Intake Session
Time: Individual 60 minutes/Relational 90 minutes
Cost: Individual $125-175 /Relational $150-200
Location: Virtual or In-person
The intake starts to set the stage of future sessions. During the assessment your provider will gather background information to understand your history, needs, & hopes for sessions. This assessment is aimed to be holistic, exploring the various domains of health. Clients will not be pressured to share anything they are not comfortable with & can opt "out" of any question asked.
Step 3: Planning Session
Time: Individual 60 minutes/Relational 60 minutes
Cost: Individual $100-150 /Relational $125-175
Location: Virtual or In-person
During this planning session we focus on what you hope to see change through services & create a blueprint for the follow-up sessions. This could include discussing external resources & recommendations as well.
We will also make a plan for scheduling. Typically we set up a recurring appointment time, to create consistency in your care.
Step 4: Follow-up Sessions
Time: Individual 45 minutes/Relational 45 minutes
Cost: Individual $75-125 /Relational $100-150
Location: Virtual or In-person
Where the magic happens!
Sliding Scale Model
That’s why at Recenter & Restory (R&R) we adapted the model of the “Green Bottle Sliding Scale” for our services. This allows clients to self-select a fair price for services based on their financial reality (beyond income).
We have both a “standard sliding scale” & “reduced sliding scale”; reduced fees for services are available through the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective.
Prices vary based on the services provided. There is a limit on the slots available for my reduced sliding scale, please inquire for current availability.
The images below outline price points for psychotherapy follow-up sessions.
Neurodivergent Affirming Care
You are enough. Exactly as you are.
Please let me know what helps you feel most comfortable, including things like:
Communication needs (direct language, processing time, written or visual supports)
Sensory preferences (lighting, sounds, seating, or other environmental)
Regulation strategies (using fidgets, stretching, stimming, pacing, or taking breaks)
Or anything else you would find helpful
There is no "right" way to do therapy. We'll work together to find what feels most supportive, accessible, and sustainable for you.
(Trust me, you’re not bothering anyone.)
