Cancellation Policy
Please note that emergencies and sickness are exceptions to the fees listed below and it is the client's responsibility to communicate their schedule change needs.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than two days in advance will not be charged a fee.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day before will incur a charge that is equivalent to 25% of the scheduled service.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day of your appointment will incur a charge that is equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day of your appointment will incur a charge that is equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service.
